Centrally located in the heart of the state, Benton County enjoys the best of both rural and urban worlds. Our residents respect and appreciate the serenity of a rural lifestyle and the acres of land which surround the many small towns and cities in the area. Yet we are also able to take advantage of the opportunities and conveniences of the St. In addition, Benton County is situated ideally - one hour north of the Twin Cities and one hour south of premier lake and resort areas. Our accessibility to regional, national and even international markets is made possible by strong telecommunications and an exceptional transportation network of state and federal highways, interstate, railway systems and a regional airport.
