🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE – FIRE DUES CARDS 🚨

We are aware that many residents are just now receiving their fire dues cards in the mail.

If you have already paid your fire dues, no further action is needed. You may disregard the notice.

Unfortunately, the Post Office held the cards for approximately 20 days before releasing them to mail carriers for delivery, resulting in a significant delay.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. While this delay was completely beyond our control, we appreciate your patience and understanding as the cards make their way to everyone.

Fordsville Fire Department would like to take a moment to recognize and thank all of the brave men and women who dedicate their time and lives to serving and protecting our communities.

We want to give a special thank you to our own members for their hard work, dedication, and sacrifices. Whether it’s responding to a call in the middle of the night, leaving family gatherings, or putting their own lives on the line to help someone in need, your commitment does not go unnoticed.

We would also like to thank all of our fellow firefighters, EMS personnel, law enforcement officers, dispatchers, and other first responders who answer the call each and every day. We are proud to serve alongside you!

Being a first responder is more than just a title — it’s a commitment to helping others when they need it most.

Crews responded to auto accident with one occupant transported for non life threatening injuries. One vehicle left the scene. Special thanks to Ohio county dispatch, ems, sheriffs office, and Rags to Riches towing.
