🎀💗 PINK PANTHER BREAST CANCER AWARENESS WALK – A HUGE SUCCESS! 💗🎀

One Community. One Cause. One Step at a Time! 💕

This past Saturday, October 17th, the **Forest Park Police Department** had the pleasure of participating in the **Pink Panther Breast Cancer Awareness Walk**, hosted by the **City of Forest Park Recreation and Leisure Services Department!** 🎀🚶🏽‍♀️🚶🏽‍♂️

What an amazing event and an incredible turnout! It was wonderful to see so many members of our community come together in support of breast cancer awareness and such a meaningful cause. 💗

Our department was honored to be part of this special occasion, standing alongside community members, survivors, families, and supporters as we walked to raise awareness, celebrate strength, and spread hope.

A special THANK YOU to the City of Forest Park Recreation and Leisure Services Department for organizing such a wonderful event, as well as all the volunteers, participants, and supporters who helped make the day a tremendous success! 👏🏽💕

Events like this remind us that when our community comes together, we can make a positive difference, **one step at a time!**

We truly enjoyed being part of this year's walk and can't wait to participate again next year! 🎀💗

💙🚨 INTRODUCING LOGAN'S LIST: HELPING US BETTER SERVE OUR COMMUNITY! 🚨💙

Every individual deserves to feel safe, understood, and supported during an emergency!

The Forest Park Police Department is excited to introduce Logan's List, a confidential and voluntary emergency contact registry that provides first responders with valuable information when assisting residents with special needs.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Who Can Benefit from Logan's List?
Families and caregivers of individuals with autism, Down syndrome, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and other mental, physical, or neurological conditions can voluntarily register important information about their loved ones.

🚓 How Does It Help?
When an emergency occurs, having access to this information helps 911 dispatchers, police officers, and other first responders better recognize individual needs and respond with understanding, patience, and compassion.

📝 Registration Is Easy!

🌐 Register Online: https://www.cognitoforms.com/ForestPark1/ForestParkPoliceSpecialConcernsResponseInformation

📍 Register in Person: Forest Park Police Department, 320 Cash Memorial Blvd., Forest Park, GA.

🔒 All information submitted is kept confidential, and enrollment is entirely optional.

⚠️ Important Reminder: Logan's List is an additional resource for emergency responders. Residents must still call 911 when immediate assistance is needed.

By working together, we can make Forest Park a community where every resident receives thoughtful, informed, and compassionate assistance when it matters most! 💙
