A huge THANK YOU to the Rhea PTO for donating incredible prizes for our teacher's silent auction! Our staff worked hard earning "millions" by championing our tardy policy and keeping our halls moving, and the auction was a total success.

Big congratulations to our Rhea Eagle Students of the Week! These outstanding students have shown what it means to be truly self-directed—taking ownership of their learning, staying focused on their goals, and taking initiative without needing to be asked. We are so proud of the responsibility, independence, and leadership you bring to our school every day.

Huge congratulations to all of our incredible student readers who logged over an hour of reading on Beanstack during the month of September! Our Eagles are proving that when you pick up a book, your imagination truly takes flight. Log your pages now for the October challenge!

Check out our amazing 5th Grade scientists! Ms. Wheeler's class has been learning about the forces of magnetism—what attracts, what repels, and how magnetic fields work. Today, we put that knowledge to the test with a classic “Flying Ghost” experiment!
The goal was to make our paper ghosts hover or ‘fly’ using magnetic forces. As you can see, the students are successfully using a large bar magnet to control their spooky creation!

Our 6th grade choir and guitar students showcased their talents at tonight's Fall Concert. The warm melodies and acoustic tunes brought everyone together and truly made it feel like fall! 🍂🎶✨

Thank you to Eleyna, a talented student from Booker T. Washington HSPVA, for visiting Rhea Intermediate and teaching an incredible Folklórico class to our dance students! What a phenomenal way to celebrate Hispanic Hertiage Month. We are so impressed by your leadership, expertise and willingness to share your art with us.

Mrs. Wheeler’s class put on their safety goggles, gloves, and VIP passes to tackle a spooky scientific mystery today! Was that "sick" pumpkin suffering from a physical change or a chemical reaction? We love seeing hands-on science in action!
