📢 FORREST CITY WATER CUSTOMERS NOTICE 📢
TODAY IS CUT-OFF DAY
Forrest City Water Utility reminds all customers with past-due accounts that service disconnections are being performed today for unpaid balances.
If your bill has not been paid, please contact our office immediately or make payment as soon as possible to avoid interruption of water service.

Water Service Restoration Notice
The repair to the 8-inch water main has been completed, and water service has been restored to affected customers, including A, B, C, Skyline, Westview, and areas near Rosser north of South Street.
Utility crews have completed the necessary repairs and are returning the system to normal operation. Customers may experience temporary discoloration or air in their water lines. If this occurs, please run cold water for several minutes until the water clears.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this service interruption and thank our crews for their prompt response in restoring service.

Service Interruption Notice
Due to an 8-inch water main break, some customers, including A, B, C, Skyline, Westview, and those located near Rosser north of South Street, are currently experiencing a water service interruption.
Utility crews are actively working to repair the break, and we anticipate service will be restored by approximately 10:00 p.m. tonight.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue as quickly and safely as possible.
