Night Owls May Face a Higher Risk of Certain Health Problems: People who regularly stay up late may face a greater risk of certain health concerns, even when they get the same number of hours of sleep as people who wake up earlier. A study involving more than 1,600 adults between the ages of 47 and 59 examined the possible connection between sleep patterns and overall health.
