"It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit."
-- President Harry S. Truman

Last week at the 1st Armored Division and Fort Bliss Museum, the U.S. Army Fort Bliss Garrison team gathered for our Quarterly Awards Ceremony and Command Town Hall. We proudly recognized our dedicated military and Department of the Army Civilians, presenting formal awards, command coins to the Fort Bliss Boxing Team and standout teammates, and celebrating massive 20, 30, and 35-year federal service milestones.

Following the awards, Garrison Commander Col. Michael Soyka and Deputy Commander Aurora Castañeda led the town hall to address key workforce matters, outlining the game plan for our daily operations and continued community support.

Congratulations to all of our awardees, and a huge thank you to our entire Garrison workforce for your continued dedication to our Soldiers, families, and the Fort Bliss community.

An installation of this magnitude doesn't run on autopilot. We couldn't do it without you.
