Fort Carson Tax Center Free tax preparation services for active duty Servicemembers, mobilized Reservists, dependents, and retirees. Handicap parking is available upon request.

The Tax Center offers free individual income tax preparation services to active duty Servicemembers, mobilized Reservists, dependents, and retirees. All of our tax preparers are certified by the IRS as both military and advanced income tax preparers, and many are also certified to address specific international tax issues. In 2012, the Tax Center prepared over 3,100 income tax returns, obtained more than $9,500,000 in refunds for our clients, and saved our clients over $800,000 in tax preparation fees. Parking lots are accessible from Barkeley Ave, Nelson Blvd, Magrath Ave, and Ellis Street.
