It’s normal to be unsure what you want to do.

Career exploration can help you move from “I have no idea” or “maybe something like this” toward real options you actually want to investigate.

With a Career Specialist, you can explore:
• Your interests, strengths, and priorities
• Careers and occupations you may not have considered
• Education or training connected to different paths
• Entry-level paths gaining experience

For eligible participants, paid internships or other work-based learning opportunities may also be part of the plan to move you towards a career goal.

You do not have to choose your lifelong career. Sometimes the next step is simply learning enough to decide what you want to try next.

Working toward your High School Equivalency/GED? You don’t have to figure out the entire process by yourself.

Whether you’re just getting started or have one final subject left, inCompass can help you create a plan based on where you are right now.

Support may include:
• Tutoring and study planning
• Preparing for GED/HSE testing
• Breaking the process into manageable goals
• Financial support for eligible HSE/GED costs
• Planning what comes after your diploma

Finishing your HSE can open the door to employment, training, college, and other opportunities.
