With the launch of our VanGo™ Vanpooling app, the VanGo™ program is moving from old-school coordination to a more modern, mobile-friendly way for riders and staff to connect, track, and manage vanpool information.
The new VanGo™ app helps commuters quickly find compatible vanpool options based on routes, schedules, and shared travel needs, making it easier to join or form a vanpool with confidence.
Beyond ride matching, the VanGo™ app will also support more complete and consistent reporting by capturing key vanpool information in one convenient place. This improved reporting capability will help streamline program administration, strengthen data accuracy, and support National Transit Database (NTD) reporting needs—giving both riders and program staff a more efficient experience from the first match through ongoing vanpool management.

We’re excited to get this in the hands of commuters, but rest assured this in no way changes the personal service the program is known for. Vanpooling, by its very nature, is a communal experience and the connections among commuters, van-mates, and staff make it, and more specifically us, unique.
