RUCK FOR A CAUSE – STEPPING UP FOR OUR COMMUNITY!

This morning, the USAWOA Doughboy Silver Chapter successfully completed our Ruck for a Cause – Food Drive Ruck March!

Our Chapter members, fellow Warrant Officers, and supporters came together with a shared purpose: to give back to our community and help families in need. Through their generosity, we collected numerous nonperishable food items to support our ongoing holiday food drive.

More Than Just a Ruck! Today's event was about more than physical fitness. It was about camaraderie, selfless service, and making a positive impact beyond the uniform. A huge THANK YOU to everyone who participated, donated, and supported this meaningful initiative. Your generosity and commitment to serving others truly reflect the spirit of our Warrant Officer community.

WE ARE STILL ACCEPTING DONATIONS!

Our mission doesn't end with today's ruck! We are continuing to collect nonperishable food items, and we welcome anyone who would like to contribute. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference.

Breaking Barriers, Inspiring Leaders – CW5 Female Leadership Panel at the 54th USAWOA AMM!

The 54th United States Army Warrant Officers Association Annual Meeting of the Members in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, featured an inspiring Female Chief Warrant Officer Five (CW5) Leadership Panel, bringing together accomplished senior Warrant Officers to share their experiences, leadership journeys, challenges, and perspectives on the future of the Warrant Officer cohort.

We are especially proud to recognize our very own Command Chief Warrant Officer (CCWO), CW5 Jenniffer Tossas, who was selected to serve as one of the distinguished panelists!

The discussion highlighted the importance of mentorship, perseverance, professional development, and creating opportunities for the next generation of Warrant Officers. These senior leaders demonstrated that leadership is not defined by gender, but by character, competence, dedication, and the ability to inspire others.

CW5 Tossas continues to be an outstanding example of leadership and commitment to the Warrant Officer cohort, and we are proud to see her representing our organization on a national platform. A special thank you to all the CW5 panelists for sharing their experiences, offering valuable insights, and inspiring future leaders to pursue excellence and reach their full potential.

Congratulations to CW5 Dennis Brydges – Newly Elected USAWOA Region 6 Northeastern Region Director!

The Doughboy Silver Chapter proudly congratulates CW5 Dennis Brydges, former Chapter President, on his election as the Region 6 Northeastern Region Director! In this important leadership position, CW5 Brydges will be responsible for providing guidance, oversight, coordination, and support to 15 USAWOA Chapters throughout the Northeastern Region, strengthening collaboration, promoting professional development, and advancing the interests of the Warrant Officer cohort.

As a former President of the Doughboy Silver Chapter, CW5 Brydges brings valuable leadership experience, institutional knowledge, and a strong commitment to the Association. His continued dedication to serving Warrant Officers and strengthening our organization reflects the very principles of leadership, mentorship, and selfless service.
We are incredibly proud to see one of our own continue to lead and make a difference at the regional level!

We look forward to supporting CW5 Brydges as he works alongside chapter leaders throughout Region 6 to build stronger chapters, encourage greater participation, and create new opportunities for collaboration and growth. Serving as both Chapter President and Project Officer for the 54th AMM, CW4 Jardinico played a pivotal role in the successful planning, coordination, and ex*****on of this year's national event. Doughboy Silver Chapter Supporting the 54th USAWOA Annual Meeting of the Members!

The Doughboy Silver Chapter proudly played an instrumental role in supporting the successful ex*****on of the 54th Annual Meeting of the Members (AMM), held in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. From months of planning and coordination to hands-on support throughout the event, our Chapter members stepped up to ensure the AMM was a memorable and successful experience for Warrant Officers, retirees, families, and guests from across the nation.

Our members took on numerous responsibilities, including event planning, logistics coordination, guest support, event setup, administrative assistance, and overall ex*****on of key activities. Whether working behind the scenes or directly assisting attendees, every task contributed to the success of this national event.

To our Doughboy Silver Chapter members, THANK YOU! Your dedication, professionalism, and selfless service continue to demonstrate what an engaged and mission-focused chapter can accomplish.
