DO POLITICIANS LISTEN TO VOTERS?

Hi, this is Representative Lucien Daigle candidate for Senate District 1 with a question for you.

The great majority of people in Maine (more than 70%), are opposed to transgender biological males competing against biological females in high school athletics because males have an unfair physical advantage due to the presence of their natural male hormones.

So, why does the legislature and Governor Mills in Augusta continue to support and promote legislation that allows this unfair advantage?

Obviously, these politicians do what they want rather than listening to the majority of the people in Maine.

The IOC, the NCAA, NAIA, and many States are now banning this atrocity against women and girls.

In support of the people of Maine’s views, I voted in opposition to this terrible legislation.

Keep this in mind on Nov 3rd and vote Lucien Daigle for Senate District 1.

I will promote and support:

Hi, this is Representative Lucien Daigle candidate for Senate District 1.

—I recognize that taxes in Maine are excessive, and I will keep working to reduce your tax burden.
—Electricity costs are too high here, and I will continue voting for measures that lower your power bills.
—Biological males competing against girls in school sports is entirely wrong, and I will pursue fairness for girls in athletics.
—The Department of Health and Human Services faces scrutiny over claims of fraud, waste, and abuse. I will push for thorough, impartial investigations to ensure transparency and accountability across every DHHS division. How your tax dollars are used must be clear.
—Government rules and regulations are straining many Maine businesses and residents, so I will oppose new rules and regulations to reduce the existing burdens.
—Education in Maine has grown more costly while results decline; the state now ranks 41st nationally. Instead of simply adding more tax money, we must identify the cause of the drop and fix it.
—These are only a few areas I will address if you elect me as your next state senator. I am somewhat of a workaholic, and given Maine’s challenges, that trait is needed to handle these issues effectively.

Vote Lucien Daigle for Senate District 1.

MAJORITY

Hi, this is Representative Lucien Daigle candidate for Senate District 1.

In a democracy, if you have the majority you can essentially do whatever you want. With the greater number of votes the majority wins over the minority 100% of the time.
This is something I’ve seen firsthand over the past two years serving as the Representative for House District 1.

The Democratic Party has held majority control of Maine’s government for most of the last four decades; consequently, the state’s current condition reflects the majority’s legislative choices. They have voted into law every bill that has brought our state to the disastrous mess that we are experiencing.

If you are dissatisfied with these outcomes and have previously supported Democratic candidates, I encourage you to evaluate the consequences of those decisions and consider an alternative vote in this election.

Vote Lucien Daigle for Senate District 1.

MEDICAID — MAINECARE

Hi, this is Representative Lucien Daigle candidate for Senate District 1.

Maine has roughly 400,000 people enrolled in its Medicaid program (MaineCare), 30% of the state's population. In contrast, New Hampshire has about 174,000 residents enrolled in Medicaid, covering roughly 12% of its population. Maine's enrollment rate is more than double that of New Hampshire and this is unsustainable.

Mainers who can work need to get working and start to at least partially support themselves before Maine collapses under this financial load. There is no such thing as free care. What people get for free is paid for by the people who work and there is a limit to what they can afford to pay.

We can criticize the federal government which has decreased subsidies but remember that the federal budget is running at a deficit. They are spending money they don’t have which will ultimately lead to a financial collapse if the overspending continues.

Amish and Mennonite communities are able to lift and walk a barn weighing 20,000 to 35,000 pounds with
roughly 250 to 300 people working together. Many hands make the work lighter and that is what is needed in Maine. Let’s all get to work to make Maine work.

Lucien Daigle wants all Mainers to begin working together so vote Lucien Daigle for the Maine State Senate.
