Last week, I had the opportunity to attend the 34th The Sterling Council Leadership Conference in Orlando, joining leaders from across Florida who are committed to innovation, continuous improvement, and organizational excellence.
As Broward County Tax Collector, I believe leadership is about finding new ways to improve the customer experience, strengthen our organization, and ensure residents receive the efficient, responsive, and high-quality service they deserve. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from and connect with other leaders who share a commitment to excellence. At the Broward County Tax Collector's Office, we remain focused on finding new ways to improve service, increase accessibility, and deliver an exceptional customer experience for every resident we serve.

Thank you to Commissioner Krystal Patterson and the City of Tamarac for hosting another successful District 3 Meeting & Resource Fair.
It was a pleasure connecting with residents, sharing resources, and having meaningful conversations about the services and programs available throughout Broward County. Events like these create valuable opportunities to listen, answer questions, and ensure residents have access to the information they need.
We appreciate everyone who stopped by and took part in the conversation. Strong communities are built through engagement, partnership, and staying connected to the people we serve.

This weekend, I watched my daughter graduate from law school, and my heart could not be more full. So incredibly proud of her and everything she’s worked for to reach this moment.
Seeing her walk across that stage brought back so many memories of how hard she pushed herself to get here. Through every obstacle, she continued to show strength, discipline, and grace and this moment was so well deserved. So proud of the woman she has become, and excited for all that lies ahead.
Congratulations, my dear! 🎓

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage and selflessness secured the freedoms we enjoy today.
As we spend time with family and loved ones, may we never forget those who gave everything for our nation. We are forever grateful for their service and sacrifice. 🇺🇸

It was a pleasure to speak before the City of Plantation Florida Commission last week and share highlights from our first year serving Broward County. Over the past year, our office has expanded self-service options, reduced wait times, and introduced new conveniences like Express Lane pickup and registration kiosks all with one goal: making services faster and more accessible for residents.
Looking ahead, we remain focused on expanding access, improving efficiency, and continuing to deliver the high-quality service Broward County residents deserve. Thank you to Mayor Sortal, Councilmembers Andreu, Reinstein, Horland, Fadgen, and Anderson, as well as the residents of Plantation, for the opportunity to share our progress.
