A virus ignored will spread. A virus treated and a disease cured will not destroy the rest of society.

Hate and prejudice are viruses of those fearful of what is different, or things that are not understood. Ignorance may be the worst virus out there...those who use ignorance to instill fear in others are criminals.

In the fight against ignorance, fear, hate and prejudice, we want you to meet a man from overseas who helped free the United States. His legacy belongs to all of us.

Nearly 250 years ago he left his homeland for the colonies and brought with him talents that let freedom ring.

Florida policy will strip local governments from supporting and the ability to meet the needs of their citizens as state policies on funding go into effect.

Historic institutions like Stonewall National Museum, Archives, & Library, Gay Men's Chorus of South Florida, theater companies, ethnic arts and cultural organizations and more will be prohibited from receiving funds from their respective county and city cultural offices.

This is millions of your dollars being eliminated from our communities in a political fight for the soul of the state. The governor will sell out the people at every opportunity to make himself look like a tax cutting champion for a national office. His cruelty and vengefulness knows no limits.

Pay attention, your life and the lives of those you care about really depends on it.
