World Cup Soccer is coming to South Florida this month and Broward County is celebrating! World Cup Kick Off -- The Ultimate Experience set for June 6th at the Lauderhill Sports Complex.

Today is the first day of hurricane season. 🌀 While forecasters are suggesting "below-average" Atlantic hurricane season, we want to remind you that it only takes one. Looking to cool down this summer? You're in luck! Broward County Parks Water Parks will be officially open 7-days a week starting THIS Thursday, June 4th.
Hours of Operation 🕙 10AM to 4:30PM weekdays; 10AM to 5PM on weekends/holidays.

Even though summer hasn't officially started, temperatures and humidity are getting up there in South Florida. Today is National Heat Awareness Day to remind YOU of the dangers of extreme heat, dehydration, and heatstroke.🌡️

Heat Safety Tips:
-Stay Hydrated
-Limit Sun Exposure
-Avoid heavy outdoor activity during peak sun hours (usually 10AM to 4PM)
-Never Leave kids or pets in cars
