Our new fence is going up! No more rusty fence that needs to be painted every year. It’s a very dark green (the original fence was also green).

We are excited for this change and hope the community enjoys the new look.

Thanks to Artistic Iron Works…they cut the pineapple post tops from the old fence, welded them to the new fence, and painted them. We are doing our best to preserve the history of the cemetery.

New cremation niches from Lewin Monuments have been installed…we have some cool landscaping planned for this area to really make it look nice.

We also have a bunch of new trees and plants about to go in the ground this fall.

Hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful weather…the Cemetery and the Nature Trails are great places to get outside!

Happy Friday!

The tree cleanup continues, here are Stacey and Rick making their way through a big one in section 4.

It’s a balancing act between getting the trees cleaned up and keeping the grass under control. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we manage all of this in-house. We are making progress every day, but if you need any limbs moved off a loved one’s grave to visit, please call our office and we will come clear space immediately.

Lastly, please enjoy these pictures of our resident deer…we have some large bucks, beautiful does, and a handful of babies.

We hope many of you have been able to come enjoy the beautiful weather this week at the cemetery.

It’s a beautiful day for a walk through the cemetery or the nature trails!

This little guy lives here, so you might see him around. Please drive slowly.

Your family and loved ones will always be the 1st priority, no matter what Mother Nature throws at us, and we thank everyone again for your patience as we work hard to get the fallen trees and limbs removed.

Progress can feel slow, but I’ve recruited some help to clean up the storm wreckage. This place is where your loved ones rest, and it is also our home.

Thank you for your patience. Our first goal is removing limbs from on top of graves while we also cut up the large trees. We’ll get there.

All the kind comments and encouragement have been so appreciated. We are proud to be part of this community.

Thanks to the hard work of all our staff, we will be fully open Thursday. We have one road blockage that should be cleared tomorrow, but the full Cemetery is accessible.

We still have a lot to clean up. Thank you for your patience as we chip away at it while still laying your loved ones to rest and maintaining the grass.

Thank you all 🙏🏻
