Building strong connections for the future. 🤝

Last week, our Talent Acquisition team and school principals met with graduating College of Education seniors on the Florida SouthWestern State College campus. Our leaders gave candidates an inside look at a day in the life of our schools, sharing insights, advice, and what makes our school communities special.

We are deeply invested in supporting and mentoring the teachers of tomorrow, and we truly appreciate our ongoing partnership with FSW. We look forward to staying connected with these talented future educators! 📚🍎

This past Friday, we had the pleasure of hosting Introduction to Education students from Florida Gulf Coast University at Bayshore K-8! 📚

The future educators got an inside look at our classrooms and had the opportunity to join an exclusive 1-on-1 Q&A session with their principal team to learn what it's really like to lead and teach.

We deeply appreciate our ongoing partnership with FGCU and love playing a role in shaping the next generation of teachers! 🦅💙
