After an intense and highly productive week of training, our Competition Team is officially ready to represent our post at the upcoming FSEA State Competition next week.

Throughout the week, our explorers dedicated countless hours to sharpening their skills and strengthening their teamwork in a variety of challenging law enforcement scenarios, including crime scene investigations, domestic violence, crisis intervention, traffic stops, active threat response, building searches, felony traffic stops, first aid, loitering and prowling, drill and ceremony, fi****ms, officer down situations, and cell extractions.

Their commitment, discipline, and determination have been on full display as they trained under realistic conditions designed to test their knowledge, communication, decision making, and leadership abilities. The competition will feature approximately 40 Explorer Posts from across the state, making it one of our most competitive events of the year.

Our team will face both day and night scenarios, requiring them to adapt quickly and perform at their highest level regardless of conditions. We are incredibly proud of the hard work, dedication, and professionalism they have demonstrated throughout their preparation.

Please join us in wishing our team the best of luck as they showcase their skills, represent our agency with pride, and compete alongside some of the finest law enforcement explorers in the state. No matter the outcome, they have already proven themselves through their commitment to excellence and their dedication to serving their community.

Good luck, team! We are proud of you and look forward to seeing all your hard work pay off at the FSEA State Competition!
