The Darby Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) chapter is the Arkansas Chapter of the Month!

After sending 45 members to the State Leadership Conference last year, where 10 advanced to the International Leadership Conference, members are building leadership skills, supporting peer learning, and promoting intellectual wellness in the community. Upcoming events include a community car wash, Teachers vs. Students Volleyball, and a new Quiz Bowl! members are also preparing for the fall Leadership Conference and another successful competition season! Way to go, Rangers! 🖤💛

Thanks to the incredible generosity of Rye Hill Baptist Church in Fort Smith, every student at Sutton Elementary received a brand-new pair of shoes and socks! That’s approximately 570 pairs of shoes and socks making a difference for our students.

In 2024, the church provided 167 pairs of shoes at Carnall, followed by 310 pairs at Tilles Elementary in 2025. We are so grateful for community partners like Rye Hill Baptist Church who show up for our students to help ensure they feel supported and ready to succeed!
