Happy Mental Health Awareness Month! Thank you social workers for constantly pouring into our society the worth and dignity of people who are overcoming mental health challenges.
The CDC tells us that more than 1 in 5 US adults live with mental illness. Be kind to yourself, don’t be afraid to ask for resources, and let’s continue to break the stigma by researching and educating one another!
Psalm 23:4, “Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.”
