Alice Contreras Elementary School

It was great celebrating our Leopards at our end-of-year ceremonies! We are so proud of all their hard work, growth, and accomplishments this year. Thank you to our families for your continued support and partnership throughout the year.

¡Fue maravilloso celebrar a nuestros Leopardos en nuestras ceremonias de fin de año! Estamos muy orgullosos de todo su arduo trabajo, su crecimiento y sus logros de este año. Gracias a nuestras familias por su continuo apoyo y colaboración a lo largo del año.

Congratulations to our amazing 5th graders! Our awards ceremony was a beautiful celebration of their hard work, growth, leadership, and accomplishments throughout the year. We were so proud to celebrate each of them and all that they have achieved during their time as Leopards!

A special thank you to University Christian Church for graciously hosting us and for the thoughtful personalized bookshelves and books gifted to every student. Their generosity and support helped make the celebration even more meaningful for our students and families.

Nuestra ceremonia de entrega de premios fue una hermosa celebración de su arduo trabajo, su crecimiento, su liderazgo y sus logros a lo largo del año. ¡Nos sentimos sumamente orgullosos de celebrar a cada uno de ellos y todo lo que han conseguido durante su tiempo como «Leopardos»!

Un agradecimiento especial a la University Christian Church por recibirnos tan amablemente y por las consideradas estanterías personalizadas y los libros que regalaron a cada estudiante. Su generosidad y apoyo contribuyeron a que esta celebración fuera aún más significativa para nuestros alumnos y sus familias.

Thank you both for the years of dedication, love, patience, and unwavering commitment you gave to education and to the countless students, families, and staff whose lives you impacted along the way. Your kindness, wisdom, and servant hearts helped shape generations of students and made our school community stronger.

Wishing you both a retirement filled with happiness, rest, new adventures, and many beautiful moments ahead. You will be greatly missed!

Congratulations to our Paschal Seniors! It was so special to welcome back our former Leopards and watch them walk the halls one last time before graduation. Seeing how much they’ve grown and all they’ve accomplished filled our hearts with pride. Once a Leopard, always a Leopard! We can’t wait to see all the amazing things your future holds.

Our Leopards had a great time on Field Day, showing teamwork, sportsmanship, and good communication throughout the day! We loved seeing them encourage one another and work together during each station. 😊

Aaron's G/T teacher Ms. Jimenez wanted to share about Aaron's amazing abilities. We love celebrating this student but also letting others know about various gifted characteristics we see in our students that you can also look for in your students!

A huge congratulations to our very own Alondra De Leon Trejo, 4th Grade Dual Language teacher for being named the 2026 FWISD Elementary Teacher of the Year!

Mrs. De Leon Trejo represents the very best of education: passion, excellence, heart, and an unwavering commitment to students every single day. Through her dedication, leadership, and love for our Leopards, she creates a classroom where students feel empowered, valued, and inspired to succeed.

At graduation, each student will be receiving a bookshelf and books generously provided by UCC to take home. Please plan ahead and make room in your car for this item on promotion ceremony day. Any bookshelves not taken home that day will be brought back to Alice D. Contreras Elementary, where families can pick them up at a later time.

En la graduación, cada estudiante recibirá un librero y libros, generosamente proporcionados por UCC, para llevar a casa. Por favor, planifiquen con anticipación y hagan espacio en su auto para este artículo el día de Promoción. Cualquier librero que no se lleve a casa ese día será trasladada a la Primaria Alice D. Contreras, donde las familias podrán recogerla en una fecha posterior.
