It's February, which means this month is all about love ❤️ and healthy smiles! 🦷We are receiving more and more requests from kids just like Dasha who need help paying for dental treatment. Gill Children's Services can help pay for treatment when insurance and other programs fall short. And in partnership with our great dentists, every $1 donated to help a child with dental treatment has a $4.19 impact. Your generosity will be quadrupled! Now that's worth smiling about.

Meet Dasha! This bright 4-year-old from Fort Worth needed four teeth removed, but the cost of treatment and sedation was more than her family could manage.

Say hello to sweet 3-year-old Caylee from Fort Worth! 💕

When her mom learned that Caylee needed two root canals, a stainless steel crown, and several fillings, she was overwhelmed. Because Caylee is so young, the dentist also needed to use conscious sedation to safely complete the treatment — making the procedure even more costly.

Thankfully, Caylee’s mom reached out to Gill Children’s Services — and because of your support and the generosity of a caring dentist, Caylee got the treatment she needed. Today, she has a healthy, happy smile!

9-year-old Joseph needed dental treatment, but without insurance, the procedure would have cost over $2,300. Thanks to the generosity of our donors—and a kind discount from the dentist—Joseph now has a healthy smile! 💙

Meet Grecia! 💕 She's a bright and joyful 5-year-old from Fort Worth. When her mom received a $1,400 bill for Grecia’s much-needed dental treatment, she felt overwhelmed and unsure of where to turn. On a single income, it just wasn’t possible.

But thanks to the kindness of our amazing donors and Lake Worth Children's Dentistry, Grecia got the care she needed—and now she has a healthy, happy smile to show for it!

Meet Phillip — a determined high school senior in Birdville ISD! 🎓📚

As a transfer student, Phillip needed to take summer school to catch up on U.S. History and Geometry so he could move forward with his senior-level classes. But with a $200 tuition fee and seven children at home, his mom simply couldn’t afford it.

“I have seven children and cannot afford to pay for summer school for my son,” she shared.

Thanks to the generosity of our amazing supporters, Phillip was able to attend summer school and stay on track to graduate with his class!

Introducing little Liam! When he was seven, his mom reached out to Gill Children's Services for help, suspecting he might be autistic. His pediatrician suggested testing, and she wanted to ensure he got the support he needed. "I always believed he was special in his own way. I want to help him grow as a bright, beautiful boy," his mom shared. Facing financial challenges as a single mom of three, she said, "I'm truly trying my best." With support from our generous donors, Liam now has a diagnosis and a clear path forward for treatment!

Meet Morgan! She’s 15 years old and lives in Arlington. When her parents came to Gill Children's Services for help, they were facing a difficult situation. Morgan needed surgery to fix strabismus, also known as "crossed eyes," but without insurance, the cost was too much for her family to bear. Thanks to our amazing supporters, Morgan was able to get the surgery she needed. Her mother shared, "Her left eye no longer strays, both of her eyes are straight. It wouldn't have happened without your services. You are a God send."

Meet Evelyn, a senior at Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD! Last year, she faced a challenge with her education plan and had to take two history credits over the summer. With her grandfather and brother both having disabilities, and her mom unable to work while caring for them, money was tight, and Evelyn needed help covering the cost of summer school. Thanks to your support, she was able to enroll in class and earn the credits she needed to keep moving forward!

Today, Evelyn is thriving—she was elected senior class secretary, moved up to JV1 in tennis, and is an active member of both the National Honor Society and the Spanish National Society. She’s also already earned certifications in EKG and phlebotomy through a Patient Technician Class. Evelyn has big dreams of becoming an orthodontist, and we can’t wait to see all the amazing things she will accomplish!
