Great news, Wildcats!

John Henry, editor of Fort Worth Magazine, and Evan Farrington, grandson of the late legendary Coach Farrington, will join Coach Robert Brown, chairman of the Prairie View Interscholastic League Coaches Association (PVILCA) and 2026 Texas High School Coaches Association Hall of Honor inductee; journalist Michael Hurd, author of Thursday Night Lights; and Pastor Kyev Tatum, creator of Legends in the Locker Room, as honorary captains for the Thursday Night Lights PVIL Legacy football game between Dunbar and Kennedale.

This gathering will help bring the PVIL legacy full circle on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.
