โณ 13 days. $11,177 left to raise. Every dollar counts.
Camp Hope Texas gives children who've been exposed to domestic violence a chance to just be kids: to laugh, heal, make friends, and find hope. And right now, we need YOUR help to make sure every registered child gets to go this summer.
๐๏ธ $495 sponsors ONE child for the entire week-long camp experience.
๐ Every gift makes a difference! You can also help cover camp supply needs through our Amazon Wish List.
Every child deserves a summer full of hope, friendship, and joy. Help us make that happen.

Sometimes helping survivors looks like advocacy, counseling, or legal support. Sometimes it looks like picking up a paint roller and helping create a space where families can feel safe, welcomed, and cared for. ๐
Big thanks to the staff and volunteers spending their time helping repaint our daycare center this week.
Because when parents or guardians come to One Safe Place for help, having a safe and welcoming place for their children matters too.

Yesterday, the One Safe Place team took some time to celebrate the people behind this work. ๐
We recognized staff members through our Core Value Awards for the way they embody safety, respect, justice, hope, and excellence in the work they do every day for survivors and our community.
And because this team knows how to bring joy into even difficult work, we also shared some lighthearted superlative awards along the way. Even Theo, our therapy dog, earned one, which probably tells you everything you need to know about the energy in the room.
The work inside a Family Justice Center can be heavy, so moments of laughter, encouragement, and appreciation matter.
Grateful for this incredible team and the compassion they bring to this mission every single day.

You deserve respect.
You deserve safety.
You deserve a life free from fear.
When you are ready, there is a place that will meet you with support, not judgment.

Abuse can take many forms, including financial control.
That is why support cannot stop at physical safety alone.
Through The Ladder at One Safe Place, survivors can build job skills, gain confidence, and work toward financial independence.
Because safety also means stability, opportunity, and control over your future.

For some, they bring rest.
For others, they bring uncertainty.
If something at home does not feel right, that matters. Support is available. We're here for you.
You deserve to feel safe where you are.

May 1 is Law Day. The rule of law means no one is above it, and no one who causes harm is exempt.
Holding abusers accountable is essential to protecting safety, restoring dignity, and preventing future violence.
We are grateful for our law enforcement partners who work every day to help hold abusers accountable and keep our community safe.
At One Safe Place, survivors can connect with law enforcement, legal support, and advocacy in one place, helping them take the next step toward safety and justice.
If something in your life does not feel safe, help is here.

Weโre proud to support The Welman Project with a recent technology donation to help expand access to tools and resources for educators and students across our community.
When organizations come together, we can do more than meet needs. We can create opportunity.
Thank you to The Welman Project for the work you do every day to equip and empower classrooms.

Today, on Volunteer Recognition Day during National Volunteer Week, we want to say thank you.
In 2025, our volunteers gave 392 hours of their time to support survivors and strengthen our community. That is 392 hours of showing up, listening, preparing, supporting, and standing alongside those who need it most.
You do more than believe in a better, safer world. You help build it. Every hour you give moves someone closer to safety, stability, and hope.
Thank you for rolling up your sleeves and making a difference where it matters most. We are grateful for each and every one of you.
