Brick Thurber Brick Thurber was created in Thurber, Texas, a small town in West Texas, known for its signature red bricks.
He was laid on Camp Bowie Boulevard in 1929, along with several thousand of his brick brethren. For 82 years, Brick Thurber has loyally served the commuters on Camp Bowie, all the while being run over by cars, horses, and living on a diet of almost exclusively tire rubber. Having only seen the evolution of the Boulevard from a brick’s-eye view, he decided it was time to get out of the brick race,

I may be a brick, but I’m still 82-years-old. My back isn’t what it used to be. Thanks goodness I found Relax The Back - Fort Worth on Camp Bowie. After a few nights in the Zero Gravity Recliner, I felt good as new. Read all about it!
