It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of long time Erath County Law Man Weldon Wilson. Weldon passed away last night after a hard fought battle with cancer. Weldon served the citizens of Erath County faithfully as Constable then as a Pretrial court official and finally as a Deputy of the Sheriff’s Office. We want to thank Weldon for his service. His family will remain in our thoughts and prayers. When funeral arrangements are made available we will publish that information.
