On December 6, 2017 we will be having our 4th Annual Mayor’s Luncheon. Mayor Betsy Price will once again be our honored guest and Scott Murray will once again be our emcee. I know you sponsored a table in the past so I’m just seeing if anyone is interested in sponsoring a table again this year. Sponsorship levels this year are based on table placement and advertising.
There are three sponsorships available:
· Three tables available at $1500. This includes a table at the front, one person from your organization at the Mayor’s Table, table signage, a scrolling logo or page at the luncheon, and sponsorship recognition for 2018 on our website.
· Two tables available at $1,000. This includes a table at the front, table signage, a scrolling logo or page at the luncheon, and sponsorship recognition for 2018 on our website.
· Fourteen tables available at $500. This includes a table at the luncheon, table signage, a scrolling logo or page at the lunchone, and sponsorship recognition for 2018 on our website.
Please let me know as soon as possible if you want to reserve any of these tables. They usually fill up pretty fast.

Dear Friends,
Thanks to your generosity and support we were able to raise $385 for the family in need of food over the Christmas weekend. The family received some of the food on Friday and some on Christmas Eve.
Thanks for stepping in to help this family in need!

Family in Need of Food - Dear Friends,
Last Christmas many of you responded to a call put out by the Tarrant County Spiritual Care Network to help a family in need of Christmas presents. You responded and the family had a great Christmas.
This year, we have received a request that is much more critical. Sudon Nelson of the Department of Family Protective Services (DFPS) called me this afternoon with a request from Jennifer Occhipinti (DFPS) to help a family in need of food this Christmas. See Jennifer’s email below:
“Anyone have a resource for food in the Midlothian / Waxahachie area? My caregivers there had an electrical wire burnout and they had no power for a few days until the landlord sent an electrician. They lost all their food and she is telling me the food banks are closed until after the first of the year? I know squat about that area so any help would be appreciated.”
Once again we are coming to you to ask for your assistance in getting some food to this family. If you can give any amount we urge you to give. You can give the money online to Tarrant County Spiritual Care Network and we will make sure that the money is spent on food for this family.
Just go to http://www.tarrantscn.org/financial-support.html to give. Pick an amount from the boxes or fill in your own amount. Anything that comes in between now and Christmas will go for food to go to this family. Remember, no amount is too small.
Feel free to call me at 940-768-8594 or Sudon Nelson at [email protected] for more information.
Sincerely,
Charles
