We celebrate by reflecting on the strategic momentum driving Fort Worth forward and are proud to serve as a connector for our community. We work closely with companies, site selectors, and local leaders to attract major investments and ensure Fort Worth remains a highly competitive market on a national scale.
Through site selection support and market intelligence, we create an environment where businesses succeed and our entire community benefits.

National continues with a celebration of the work happening in several of our target areas!
In particular, Poly Main Street and Historic Northside District – 's two Main Street districts – have been steadily building capacity in their communities to push new projects forward, increase community engagement, and bring new investments and resources to these underserved parts of town.
Poly Main Street recently completed their first annual Week of Impact, complete with an Earth Day Event, Business Mixer, and Day of Service to help clean up the community.
Meanwhile, Historic Northside recently received a $250,000 multi-year grant from the North Texas Community Foundation to continue supporting their work.
Both districts also attended last month's Main Street America National Conference in Tulsa, where they were part of a panel focused on how these two communities – each with their own histories, assets, and challenges – are working toward one shared vision to uplift their neighborhood commercial corridors.

Not only is it , it's National – so we're spotlighting some of our department's different divisions and areas of focus all week long!
For example: Tax Increment Finance Districts, or TIFs.
TIFs are a tool that helps support major infrastructure projects in high-growth areas of the city.
In March, Larkspur Capital Partners and Keystone broke ground on the Westside Village in TIF 17. Not only will this $1.7 billion development bring new office space, retail space, a full-service hotel, and new multifamily to the Near Westside, but it will also result in approximately $45 million in infrastructure and flood control improvements for the area – which will be supported through the TIF.
