Operations Manager Shane Rollins joined Dallas County Pretrial Services Director Jeff Segura to deliver a presentation at the 2026 Texas Association of Pretrial Services (TAPS) Annual Conference. The presentation covered the history of bail and pretrial practices in Tarrant and Dallas Counties.
