Operations Manager Shane Rollins joined Dallas County Pretrial Services Director Jeff Segura to deliver a presentation at the 2026 Texas Association of Pretrial Services (TAPS) Annual Conference. The presentation covered the history of bail and pretrial practices in Tarrant and Dallas Counties.

Congratulations to the participants of Tarrant County CSCD’s 2025 Leadership Development Program on their successful completion of this year’s cohort!

Our year-long Leadership Development Program is designed to guide motivated employees as they elevate their professional skills. It cultivates leadership capabilities, enhances self-awareness, inspires participants to exceed performance expectations, and provides meaningful insight into the department’s culture and leadership structure.
