First nine weeks report cards are available today in the Aeries Parent Portal for all Kindergarten–4th grade students!

Please take time to review your child’s report card. It provides a snapshot of their learning and progress so far this school year and is a great opportunity to celebrate successes and identify areas for continued growth. If you have questions about your child’s progress, please reach out to their teacher directly.

💊 A Little Prevention Can Make a Big Difference! 💙

Drug Take Back events and safely disposing of unused or expired prescription medications are important steps in keeping our children safe. Medications left in cabinets, purses, or drawers can accidentally end up in little hands.

🏡 Take a few minutes to check your home, safely dispose of unneeded medications, and help prevent accidental poisonings and misuse.

A safer home starts with us! 💙

Got unused or expired medications sitting around? Tomorrow is a great time to clear them out safely!

The DEA’s Drug Take Back event is happening Saturday, Oct. 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Keller Police Department. Just pull into the KPD parking lot to drop off unwanted prescription and over-the-counter medications for safe disposal.

Please note: No needles or liquids will be accepted.

A quick stop can help keep medications out of the wrong hands and protect our community.

Friday morning fun at Friendship! ❤️💛 Our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th graders wrapped up their character assembly with a surprise flash mob, and the smiles say it all!

A big thank-you to Coach Cutting and Coach Zakher for teaching our Chargers the dance and bringing a little extra fun and laughter to our Friday morning. Seeing our students light up with excitement is the perfect reminder of how much our Chargers LOVE coming to school!

What a fun way to end the week! ⚡️

A big Charger shout-out to a few Central football players who stopped by Friendship this morning! They greeted students at arrival, visited our 4th grade classrooms, and then headed to the gym with Coach Cutting for a fun trip down memory lane. The boys got to find their own pictures in a yearbook from when they were 4th graders right here at Friendship!

It’s so special to see our former Chargers all grown up and making a positive impact on the next generation. Thank you for being wonderful role models for our current students! Once a Charger, always a Charger! ❤️�

📚 FREE SAT PREP COURSE – SHARE WITH A STUDENT WHO COULD BENEFIT! 🎓

Community Storehouse is partnering with Scholar’s Edge to offer a 9-week SAT Prep Course to help eligible high school students build confidence and prepare for test day!

📅 Course Dates: January 4 – March 1
📝 Optional Final Prep Q&A: March 8
🎯 Free SAT at High Schools: March 9

The optional March 8 session gives students an extra opportunity to ask questions and review before taking the SAT at their high school on March 9.

💙 This opportunity is for students who meet Community Storehouse’s eligibility requirements for our services.

It was Yearbook Picture Day at Friendship, so our staff was looking their best from the ankles up! But below the knee? That was a whole different story!

We decided to double the fun and make today one of our Underground Spirit Days, where our staff traded their typical work shoes for something a little more fun… and maybe not quite the right match for their picture day outfits!

So, if your Charger came home wondering why their teacher was wearing some interesting footwear today, don’t worry… we were just adding a little fun to a day filled with learning! ❤️💛
