Myth vs Reality
❌ Myth: Kids will ask for help if they need it.
✔️ Reality: Many students don’t ask for help unless support is accessible, visible, and trusted.
That’s why bringing mental health services directly into schools matters. When support is part of the school day, students are more likely to connect, open up, and get the help they need—before a crisis happens.

A special message from the CIS Program Manager at Poly High School to her graduating seniors 🎓
"I want to take a moment to share how incredibly proud I am of each of you. This has not been an easy year, and yet you continued to push forward through challenges—many of which even adults would find difficult to overcome. Your strength, resilience, and determination have brought you to this milestone, and that is something truly worth celebrating.
Graduation is more than just a moment—it’s a reflection of your perseverance. You chose to keep going, to rise above obstacles, and to finish what you started. That speaks volumes about who you are and the bright future ahead of you.
As you move into your next chapter—whether that means serving in the military, continuing your education in college, stepping into parenthood, or pursuing another meaningful path—know that your choices matter and your journey is uniquely yours. Each path holds purpose, and you have what it takes to succeed.
Continue to believe in yourselves and all that you are capable of achieving. You have already proven your strength and courage, and I am confident you will carry that with you wherever life leads.
Congratulations, graduates—you did it.
With pride,
Ms. Pollard"
