Mental Health Awareness Month is almost over, but the need for counseling and support continues every day.
Right now, every gift made through May 31 will be matched dollar for dollar thanks to a group of Lena Pope Board Members.
Your support helps remove barriers to care and create moments that truly matter — moments when children begin to open up for the first time, families reconnect and break cycles of abuse, and healing can begin.
There’s still time to help more children and families access mental health care regardless of their ability to pay.

For more than 60 years, Marty Leonard has helped guide and support the mission of Lena Pope.
Over the decades, she has seen our community change in many ways — but one thing has remained constant: Lena Pope’s commitment to adapting to meet the needs of children and families across North Texas.
Today, that need remains great, but with your help children and families can access the support they need to thrive.
As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, Marty has joined with fellow board members to extend a $20,000 matching challenge to expand access to counseling and mental health support for children and families who otherwise cannot afford care.
Through May 31, every gift will be doubled.
Your generous support will help us meet the match and expand access to care for families across our community.

Today marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Month—a time that reminds us how important it is for children and families to be able to access care when they need it.
At Lena Pope, we see every day the transformation that happens when that support is in place. Children begin to communicate, parents learn new ways to respond, and families start to rebuild trust.
These are the moments that matter.
This month, your gift will be matched—doubling your impact to help provide counseling for children and families across our community.
