September 11, 2001..
25 years later, the sacrifice of September 11th continues.
Today, Francestown Fire honors the memory of all who died on 9/11—and the thousands of first responders and recovery workers who have lost their lives to 9/11-related illnesses in the decades following.
We stand with the thousands of brothers, sisters, and survivors who are still fighting illnesses from Ground Zero today.
They stepped up when our nation needed them most. We will never forget their sacrifice. 🇺🇸

Getting ready for the Labor Day parade!!

08/01/2026

Some of the most important moments in our community happen quietly.

Two responders grab their gear, walk up a set of stairs, knock on a door, and step into someone’s worst day. Whether it’s a medical emergency, a fire, or someone simply in need of help, our volunteers are there when it matters most.

Francestown Fire Rescue is looking for dedicated volunteers to join our team.

No experience? No problem. We provide the training, equipment, and support you need to succeed. Whether you’re interested in EMS, firefighting, or both, there’s a place for you.

If you’ve ever thought about serving your community, now is the time.

📩 Send us a message to learn more about becoming a volunteer with Francestown Fire Rescue or stop by the station this Wednesday night at 6:30.
