Military families: your next four theme park tickets could cost $0.
Before you buy tickets, check these five options.
1. Busch Gardens, SeaWorld, and Sesame Place
Waves of Honor gives eligible active-duty members, activated or drilling Reservists, and currently serving National Guard free admission for themselves and up to three direct dependents.
One visit. One participating park. Once per year.
Verify through ID.me and redeem online before arriving.
2. LEGOLAND Florida and New York
Eligible military members and veterans get free admission through November 30, 2026.
Up to six additional guests get 50% off. Their tickets are discounted, not free.
Verify eligibility and book online before you go.
3. San Diego Zoo and Safari Park
Qualifying active-duty military receive complimentary admission with a valid military CAC.
This is an everyday benefit, not just a Veterans Day offer. Family admission is generally separate.
4. Colonial Williamsburg
Free admission November 6–11, 2026, for eligible active-duty members, Reservists, National Guard, veterans, retirees, and immediate dependents.
Bring the required identification. Your entire party must be present when collecting tickets onsite.
5. National Parks and Federal Recreation Lands
Veterans and qualifying Gold Star family members can receive a free Military Lifetime Pass.
Current military members, including Guard and Reserve, and eligible dependents can receive a free Military Annual Pass.
These cover eligible federal entrance and standard day-use fees. State park benefits are separate.
One deadline to act on now:
SeaWorld San Diego’s separate complimentary offer for eligible veterans and retirees requires tickets to be claimed AND used by October 25, 2026.
Free admission does not mean a free trip.
Parking, food, reservations, and special events may cost extra. Check eligibility, guest limits, and operating days before you pack the car.
Save this for your next family trip.
