Changes are coming to Libby and Kanopy next week!

Our e-services offered via Overdrive, Libby and Kanopy, are changing how you log in. Beginning on Thursday, October 15, you will be prompted for a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to log in.

How do I find my PIN?

Your default PIN is most likely the last four digits of the phone number associated with your library account.

Not sure if it works? Try logging in to My Account through BSDLibrary.org with your library card number and PIN.

If your PIN doesn’t work, you can request a reset using your library card number and the email address associated with your account.

NOTE: our other e-services, including Hoopla, will NOT be affected by this change unless specified.

Some bittersweet news from BSDL ❤️

After 17 years at Benzie Shores District Library, including the last 8 years as Director, Stacy is moving on to a new adventure as the Director of the Northland Library Cooperative.

Stacy will be at the library through October to help with the transition, and we’re excited to share that Kaitlin Matesich will be stepping in as Interim Director.

We’re going to miss Stacy, but we’re also excited for what’s ahead for Stacy and BSDL! 💙📚
