We’re bringing a little extra fun to the Berwick Branch! On Saturday, October 24, St. Mary Parish Library is teaming up with the Louisiana Book Festival and the State Library of Louisiana to welcome Rick Kelley for a special program/performance celebrating the joy of reading.

Since 2008, Rick has served as an ambassador for the Louisiana Book Festival, traveling to elementary schools across Louisiana to share his love of books and inspire young readers. Through music, laughter, and a whole lot of enthusiasm, he reminds us that reading is something worth celebrating!

You asked. We listened. LIBBY IS BACK! 🎉

That’s right! St. Mary Parish Library is switching from CloudLibrary back to Libby.

Starting on Monday, October 12, you can use Libby to browse and borrow eBooks and audiobooks from your phone or tablet. Kindle readers, this means more ways to enjoy your library books on your Kindle!

CloudLibrary will remain available for a short time while we make the transition. We’ll share an update as soon as we have a date for the end of CloudLibrary access.
