We are selling our old Expresso Go Bike to make room for a brand new one! Please make an offer, or let us know if you would like to be first in line for a free bike if we are unable to sell.

The bike's screen is lagging, but the mechanics work perfectly well for a great pedaling workout!

We are excited to announce that our long anticipated Expansion Project is under way. Construction will begin on June 10th (weather permitting.) With our community in mind, our contractors have arranged to do as much exterior work as they are able, before moving into the building's interior. We are hoping to keep the impact of construction on your workout to a minimum. Please see the attached update for what you can expect with this project between the dates of June 10th and July 23rd. Stay tuned for more exciting updates to come! We are overjoyed to bring you more space and equipment for your health and fitness!
