We’re the Community Action Development Corporation (CADC), and our mission is simple: Helping people, changing lives. We work alongside individuals, families, and communities throughout Southwest Oklahoma to connect people with services that make a difference.
So, what exactly do we do? A little bit of everything! 👇
🌱 Head Start & Early Head Start – Helping children build a strong foundation for learning and growth.
🏠 Weatherization & Housing – Helping eligible households improve home energy efficiency and offering rental properties.
🛒 Community Market – Bringing fresh, affordable groceries and everyday essentials to communities where access to a nearby grocery store can be limited. Everyone is welcome to shop!
🍽️ Senior Nutrition – Providing meals through congregate meal sites and homebound meal delivery.
🚚 Advantage Home Delivered Meals – Delivering meals to eligible individuals who need support to remain independent at home.
🚌 Red River Transportation – Connecting people to the places they need to go, including medical appointments and on-demand trips for everyday errands and other essential needs.
🧾 VITA – Free Tax Preparation – Helping eligible individuals and families file their taxes at no cost.
📍 Where do we serve?
Our primary service area includes Beckham, Canadian, Comanche, Cotton, Jefferson, Kiowa, Roger Mills, Tillman, and Wash*ta counties. Many of our programs extend beyond these counties, too! If you're unsure whether we serve your area, just ask.
