🚦 Officers will be focusing on seat belt violations, distracted driving, and impaired driving.

We had a great time attending Careers on Wheels at the ELC today alongside other City of Fredonia departments!

It was a fun opportunity to visit with the kids, show them a little about what we do, and introduce them to some of the many people who help keep our community running.

⚠️ SCAM ALERT ⚠️

We recently received a report of a phone scam involving someone claiming to be with Publishers Clearing House. The caller told the individual they had won a large sum of money but needed to send gift cards before receiving their winnings.

This is a scam. Legitimate prizes do not require you to pay money or purchase gift cards to claim them.

Never give out personal or financial information over the phone. If a caller asks for payment by gift card, hang up immediately. Please share this warning, especially with friends and family members who may be more vulnerable to these scams.

It's long overdue, but we wanted to take a moment to say **THANK YOU!**

National Night Out is truly a community event, and our 14th year would not have been possible without the incredible support of so many individuals, businesses, organizations, and volunteers. Your generosity, encouragement, and willingness to help made this year's event one to remember.

We've included everyone we could think of in the graphic, but if we unintentionally missed someone, please know it was never intentional. We are incredibly grateful for every person who played a part in making this event such a success.

From all of us at the Fredonia Police Department, thank you for helping make National Night Out 2026 another amazing night for our community. We couldn't do it without you! 💙 We already can't wait to see what we can accomplish together for National Night Out 2027. We hope to see everyone there!

Still taking donations!

⏰ Only ONE WEEK until National Night Out!

We're getting excited for another great community event! We've received a few door prize donations, and our food has been generously covered. Thank you to everyone who has already helped!

We're still hoping for additional door prizes and, at this time, we have not received any monetary donations. Monetary donations help us purchase extra prizes and anything else needed to make the event a success.
