Hello Brookvale Families!

You have just received an email regarding the 29th annual BRONCO GALLOP and we are excited to have some fun and raise a lot of money for the school at the same time! The Walkathon event will take place on Friday, November 6th and students will be doing their laps with their teachers and fellow students and will strive to achieve (or exceed) the $18,000 goal! Please encourage your employers to do a matching donation to Brookvale Elementary School😊.

Brookvale is again partnering with 99Pledges (https://99pledges.com) to manage this event and collect funds via their secure online platform. This way you will be able to reach out to friends and family via email and social media! You should have received an email from 99Pledges with a link to your student’s online pledge page. This link will remain active until November 19th. If you did not receive this email, simply search and find your child’s pledge page here:

https://app.99pledges.com/fund/broncogall3

All funds raised for this event will go towards student activities to enrich curriculum, supplemental curriculum and teacher supplies for the class! We are confident that our families will achieve the current goal of $18,000!

We are also in need of parent volunteers for this event so please email your child’s teacher if you are interested. You will also need to make sure you have submitted your request to volunteer on campus on CiviCore prior to the event if you have not previously done so. Mrs. Elliott is also looking for help before and after the event, setting up and taking down tents. Please reach out to her if you are able to help before or after the event. It’s a day of fun for the students and all for a good cause!

THANK YOU again for your continued support! Go Broncos!💙🤍

We want to see more families riding their bikes to Brookvale! That’s why we’ve invited the The BikeMobile to provide free tune ups & repairs for parents and children.

The BikeMobile can fix flat tires, adjust brakes and gears, and even replace broken or worn out parts like chains, seats, and tires. The only thing it can’t do is replace missing wheels or gears. While the mechanics work on your bike they’ll explain how to keep it running smooth.

Bike or no bike, everyone is welcome to attend to learn about maintenance, safety, and more! This is a first come, first serve event. Space is limited to 20 people.

Bring your bikes to Brookvale on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 13TH between 2:45 - 5:15PM. We look forward to seeing you there!
