🧡 THANK YOU, EVERYONE! 🧡

Good afternoon, everyone. We are incredibly happy to share that Chris Chenoweth has been located and is safe! 🙏

We want to take a moment to sincerely thank every single person who helped during this search. Whether you shared a post, came out to search, prayed, checked areas, offered encouragement, or simply asked how you could help — your support meant more than you know.

A very special thank you goes out to those who donated food, drinks, canopies, and other supplies to help keep our search teams going. Your generosity allowed our volunteers to stay fueled, hydrated, and protected while they worked. We are truly grateful for every donation, big or small. ❤️

We also want to thank everyone who gave their time and energy to physically search for Chris. You showed what happens when a community comes together and refuses to give up.

Most importantly, we are thankful that Chris has been found safe. That is the outcome we were all praying and working for.

From all of us at WV Mountain State Search & Rescue, thank you for standing beside us, supporting Chris and his family, and showing so much love and compassion.

This is what community looks like. 🧡🇺🇸
Together, we searched. Together, we supported. And together, we brought Chris home.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 🙏

🚨 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED — HELP US BRING CHRIS HOME 🚨

We are asking for the community’s help as we continue the search for 38-year-old Chris Chenoweth, who is currently missing.

WV Mountain State Search & Rescue is currently stationed at Buckhannon Union Mission Church and coordinating volunteers who would like to assist with the search.

If you have some time and are able to help, we would truly appreciate you coming out and lending a hand. You do not have to have previous search experience — we will provide guidance and help get you where you need to be.

📍 Staging Area: Buckhannon Union Mission Church

Even a few hours of your time could make a difference. If you’re unable to search, sharing this post can help reach someone who may be able to.

Please keep Chris, his family, and everyone involved in the search in your thoughts.

❤️ Thank you to everyone who has already helped, shared, or offered support.

Let’s come together and do everything we can to help bring Chris home safely.
