Menifee County Cooperative Extension Service Welcome to Menifee County Cooperative Extension. We're part of the University of Kentucky and Kentucky State University off-campus information network.

Kentucky’s two land-grant universities, the University of Kentucky and Kentucky State University, serve as partners in conducting educational programs through Cooperative Extension. The program delivery process involves Extension faculty, county agents, advisory council members, volunteer leaders and the general public.

Join us for our Pink & Pearl event on October 20th at 5:00pm! Angela Combs from the Kentucky Cancer Program will lead an educational workshop on breast and lung cancer, and a local cancer survivor will share her story. We will have a free dinner and a pumpkin craft for all participants!

Ready to take your cattle operation to the next level or want to get into the beef industry. Join us for the UK Master Cattlemen Program in November. To register, either call the Menifee County Extension Office at 606-768-3866 or scan the QR code. The cost is $60, which covers 6 meals. If you have any questions, please call the Menifee County Extension Office.

Ag Field Day will be on September 29 at 5:00pm at the Greg Spencer Farm. Dr. Les Anderson will teach about Beef Reproduction and demonstrate the chute-side pregnancy test. We will also have a Chute-Side BQCA test. Please bring your own chairs for the program.

🌿 Join us for our 4-H Clover Hike! 🌿

Menifee County 4-H invites all families to join us on October 9th at 4:30 p.m. at Green Wade Cemetery for an afternoon of outdoor fun!

We’ll have a storybook walk, crafts, activities, and plenty of time to explore and enjoy the outdoors together. This is a family-friendly event, and we’d love to have you join us!
