: Last week, we learned about the incredible impact that CPR and First Aid training can have when one of our own County employees, Katy Boganwright, stepped in quickly to save a colleague’s life. Her quick thinking and training highlight the critical importance of these skills in our workplace and community. We are immensely grateful for her bravery and expertise during such a crucial moment.
We encourage everyone and especially all county employees to take advantage of opportunities available to them to become CPR/First Aid certified. By becoming certified in CPR and First Aid, you can be prepared to make a difference when it matters most. Certification should be renewed every two years.

What a great way to give it forward.
Next year, the Library will be hosting its fourth annual Pop-Up Prom Shop, a one-day event where teens can pick out formal wear to keep for free!
We need your help by donating new and gently used formal attire to any Fresno County Public Location through November 30th. All donations are needed, especially men's suits and shoes.
Help give Fresno County's teens the prom they deserve!

In continuing improvements to the Calwa area, crews have been repairing and updating the water pipes infrastructure. There is still much more needed street work to be done, which I've secured funding for in the coming year.
