🕊️ NWPC-Fresno honors the life and
legacy of Gloria Steinem.🤍

Today, we join our national organization in mourning the loss of a trailblazer whose courage reshaped what leadership looks like for women across this country. Gloria's vision, voice, and unwavering commitment to equality continue to guide our work here in Fresno and beyond.

Her impact lives on in every woman who steps forward to lead.

May we carry her light forward. 🕊️

✨This month's National Women's Political Caucus-Fresno meeting brought together more than 30 members and guests for an evening of connection, updates, and celebration.✨

We welcomed special NWPC endorsed guests Maria Pacheco, Annalisa Perea, Keisha Thomas, and Ariana Martinez-Lott, and heard key reports on membership, finances, and upcoming initiatives. Our PAC session included exciting updates on Women's Equality Day, returning September 12th with a luncheon at Pardini's to honor outstanding women across our community and raise funds to support women pursuing political office.

We also received a powerful budget overview from City Councilwoman Annalisa Perea, who shared major investments in childcare, public safety, transportation access, infrastructure, and community programs across Fresno. And to top it all off, we celebrated Councilwoman Annalisa Perea's birthday! 🎂 🎉 Our caucus is grateful for her leadership, partnership, and continued advocacy for Fresno families.

Here's to another month of uplifting women, strengthening representation, and building momentum together!

We'd love to invite everyone to our next General Membership Meeting:
🗓️ August 4th from 5:30-7:00 pm
✅ Los Amigos Restaurant, on Blackstone Ave.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our NWPC Fresno May 5 General Membership Meeting at Los Amigos Restaurant!

We were thrilled to welcome 35 members and guests, hear updates from our President and State Director, and learn about the upcoming Fresno Pride Parade and plans for Women's Equality Day. We also reviewed our growing membership and strong financials.

We were proud to endorse the foloowing Fresno County judicial candidates and contributed $2,000 to each: Deirdre Adams, Rosalina Nunez, and Jamie Xiong-Vang.

Lastly, our guest speaker, Pha Mouavangsou led an inspiring conversation on the ways education, leadership, and access to opportunity directly shape outcomes within our communities.

We'd love to invite everyone to our next General Membership Meeting:
🗓️ June 2 from 5:30-7:00 pm
