This one field will produce about 20-million pounds of tomatoes. Each tub holds about 25,000 pounds so it will take about 400 trucks to get it all to the cannery. Pizza, spaghetti, ketchup, soups, salsas, paste, diced, stewed, fire-roasted -- what's your pleasure?
