The Office of Community & Economic Development at Fresno State collaborates with Valley-wide organizations to make a positive impact on a regional scale.

The Office of Community and Economic Development (OCED) connects the university to the community throughout the eight counties of the San Joaquin Valley. We administer California Partnership for the San Joaquin Valley, San Joaquin Valley Rural Development Center, San Joaquin Valley Housing Collaborative, San Joaquin Valley Regional Broadband Consortium and San Joaquin Valley Regional Industry Clusters Initiative.
