Can you bail someone out without coming into the office?

In many cases, yes. Lucky Bail Bonds can often handle the paperwork and fees over the phone and by email. If your friend or family member is in the Fresno County Jail and you're at home in Clovis or Madera, you may not need to get in the car at all.

Here's how it goes.

You call and give us their full name and the jail or county holding them. Don't know which one? We'll track it down for you.

The agent checks the bail the court set and tells you what the bond would cost before you commit to anything.

If you decide to go ahead, you can come into our Fresno office, or in many cases we'll do the paperwork with you over the phone and online. Some bonds need something done in person, and the agent will tell you up front.

Then we post the bond at the jail or file it with the court, whichever the case needs.
