BCA Pools is looking for a dependable and hardworking Commercial Pool Cleaner / Technician to join our team immediately.
This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining commercial swimming pools throughout the Houston area and ensuring they remain clean, safe, and properly balanced.
We’re looking for someone who can work independently, stay on schedule, and take pride in providing consistent, quality service.
Responsibilities
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of commercial swimming pools
• Test and balance pool water chemistry
• Add chlorine, acid, shock, and other pool chemicals as needed
• Brush pools, vacuum, skim debris, and clean tile and waterlines
• Empty pump and skimmer baskets
• Backwash and clean pool filters
• Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and other pool equipment
• Identify and report equipment or water-quality issues
• Maintain accurate service records
• Keep pool areas and equipment rooms clean and organized
• Complete assigned commercial pool route efficiently and on schedule
Qualifications
• Commercial or residential pool service experience preferred
• Knowledge of pool chemistry and pool equipment is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors in Texas heat
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• CPO certification is a plus
