Suspect Arrested for Invasive Visual Recording and Possession of Child Po*******hy

FRISCO, TX – Male suspect was arrested for Invasive Visual Recording and Possession of Child Po*******hy.

The Frisco Police Department arrested 38-year-old Eli Phillip Rodriguez, of Aubrey, TX, following an investigation into allegations of Invasive Visual Recording involving an adult female at a local fitness center. During the investigation he was also found to be in Possession of Child Po*******hy .

The Frisco Police Department became aware of the allegations, and upon receiving the report, the department immediately conducted a criminal investigation that ultimately led to Rodriguez’ arrest.

Rodriguez has been charged with Invasive Visual Recording, a state jail felony punishable by 180 days to two years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine and Possession of Child Po*******hy, a 3rd degree felony, punishable by two to ten years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine. Rodriguez was transported to the Collin County Sheriff’s Office upon his arrest.

For 21 years, Secure the Call – a 501(c)(3) non-profit – has provided free 9-1-1 phones and tablets to Victims of Domestic Violence, Senior Citizen Centers, and other high-risk communities across the country. They utilize volunteer hours to accomplish their mission.
